Amamax™ sports recovery custard was specifically designed to improve recovery as it contains the ideal combination and ratio of proteins along with Carbohydrates. It is made from Amaranth an ancient grain with mystical healing and recovery properties. It is nutrient rich with all the cofactors to help in the absorption of essential minerals and vitamins.

Amamax™ comes in a 200gm ring top pull can and has 10gms of protein and 40gms of carbohydrate (1:4 ratio identified as ideal). The type of proteins for recovery is essential and AmaMax contains approx 6gms Caesin to 2gms Whey and 2gms of Amaranth proteins which are similar to Whey Proteins. AmaMax™ is ideal for a meal 20m after sports activity, in between training or races, before training and can be used during training.
